Pine Grove Zoo is dedicated to making the zoo fun for all! Zoo staff and volunteers are always available to assist you with any questions or needs. We accommodate individuals with disabilities who wish to visit our zoo. The entire zoo is wheelchair and handicap accessible.
There are 20 regular, 1 handicapped, and 4 bus/RV parking spaces available in the main lot near the admissions building. There are 10 additional spaces available in the overflow lot and 25 regular and 1 handicapped parking spaces available near the Pine Grove Park.
Wheelchairs and Walkers—Free
All public buildings and paths are wheelchair accessible. Standard non-electric wheelchairs and walkers are available upon request, on a first come basis.
There are 3 wagons available upon request on a first come basis.
Accessible restrooms are located next to the bear exhibit across from the petting stable in the zoo as well as in the Pine Grove Park located next to the zoo. A diaper changing area is located inside the zoo bathrooms.
Notify any zoo staff member or volunteer and a certified first aid, CPR, AED staff member will come to you to assist.
We welcome trained service animals and service animals in training into the zoo. Service animals must be properly identified, vaccinated, and leashed. Pets are not allowed.
Pine Grove Zoo is a smoke-free facility.
